Fishing
Bruce County is a favoured fishing destination in Southern Ontario. Why? You can go down rigging in the cool deep waters of Georgian Bay and Lake Huron in summer, and cast from riverbanks into the migratory run in spring and fall. Quiet inland lakes invite spinning, and the revered Saugeen River is “the” place for fly fishing. A fishing license is required for those 12 to 65 years of age.
